We have been working with ITRO for nearly 10 years. In that time they have looked after all our IT needs including day to day help desk, full server upgrades and keeping our firm security up to date. They all have a really pleasant phone manner and while being really efficient at getting the job done, they are non-the-less happy to stop and have a conversation too - which is pretty important when we are all working in isolation from home.
